Terms of Service
The plain-language terms that govern using this website and engaging FamiliaOps for Amazon VA, PPC, and account management services.
Effective Date: September 29, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FamiliaOps website and any audit, Amazon Virtual Assistant, PPC, or account management services you request or engage us for. By browsing this site, submitting the audit form, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services — and feel free to email us with questions first.
2. Who We Are & What We Do
FamiliaOps ("we," "our," "us") is a boutique agency providing hands-on Amazon Virtual Assistant, Sponsored Products/Brands/Display advertising management, listing optimization, account health, and related e-commerce services. Free initial audits are informational only and do not, by themselves, create a paid engagement.
3. Eligibility & Account Access
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals authorized to represent an Amazon seller or vendor account. If you grant us access to Seller Central, Amazon Ads, or related platforms, you confirm you have the right to grant that access, and that doing so does not violate Amazon's own terms or any third-party agreement you're bound by.
4. Engagements & Payment
Paid engagements are month-to-month unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, with a 30-day notice to end services on either side. Scope, deliverables, and pricing for a specific engagement are confirmed directly with you before work begins — this page describes the general terms, not a specific quote. Fees are due as agreed in your engagement; late or failed payment may pause active work until resolved.
5. No Guaranteed Results
We work diligently to reduce wasted ad spend, improve account health, and grow your Amazon presence, but we cannot guarantee specific sales, rank, ACOS, or approval outcomes — these depend on factors outside our control, including Amazon's own policies, algorithms, and marketplace conditions, which change without notice. Case studies and figures shown on this site reflect real past results and are not a promise of future performance.
6. Our Use of AI & Human Oversight
As described in our Privacy & Non-Disclosure page, we use AI-assisted analytics and automated tracking tools to support (not replace) our specialists. No bid change, negative keyword, listing edit, or Seller Central case is submitted by an algorithm alone — every action is reviewed and executed by a human team member.
7. Confidentiality
Account and business data you share with us is kept confidential and used only to perform the agreed work, consistent with our Privacy & Non-Disclosure commitments. We're glad to sign a mutual NDA before any account access is granted for engagements that require it.
8. Website Content & Intellectual Property
The content on this site — text, graphics, course materials, and branding — belongs to FamiliaOps unless otherwise noted, and is provided for your informational use. You may not copy, resell, or republish it without our written permission. Deliverables created specifically for you under a paid engagement (e.g. listing copy, A+ Content, ad creative) belong to you once paid for, unless your engagement agreement says otherwise.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Our services involve working within Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads, and similar third-party platforms we don't control or operate. We're not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions, or losses caused by those platforms themselves, though we'll work in good faith to help you navigate and resolve them.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FamiliaOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or lost sales) arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may end an active engagement with 30 days' written notice, or immediately if the other party materially breaches these Terms and doesn't fix it after being notified. On termination, we'll return or revoke access to your accounts as applicable and settle any outstanding fees for work already performed.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of our site or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes affecting an active paid engagement will be communicated to you directly.
13. Contact Us
